Residential Scheme, Dundalk
We worked with a multi-disciplinary team for the submission of this 120 unit apartment scheme over three separate blocks, in Dundalk to Louth County Council.
Residential Development, Annadale Green, Belfast
A residential scheme with five house types designed to fit within a very challenging deeply sloping site. Each dwelling specifically designed to maximise the space of both interior and exterior space. Each house has two car parking spaces and sufficient private landscaping. Approval was granted for this site in 2019 and production information drawings commenced.
Barn Conservation, Ballynahinch
This was a successful planning approval for the conversion of an old 18th century mill, which had been used as farm sheds for the last 80 years. The was for 9no. apartments and an office.
Extension & Conversion in a Conservation area, Belfast, Malone Road
A current planning application for an apartment complex which includes nine apartments, designated parking spaces and communal landscaping.
We have had to carefully consider the impact of the new built form on the area. Our design response is sensitive and responds to the surrounding built environment delicately.
